“We know this area well and stay in a rented villa every year. As we were on our own this year and still wanted a rustic style casita with a pool/garden etc there was little in the way of small one/two bedrooms available. We were a little apprehensive but found this place to be absolutely perfect in every way. The pool is a very generous size and the gardens and terrace wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the orchard ambience the south facing view to the sea. Although surrounded closely by two or three other larger villas in the hamlet of Molineta the privacy is virtually total because of the trees and vegetation and you would never know. The kitchen was very well equipped (Le Creuset pots and pans) and there is great wifi. Great quirky and friendly bar 100 metres away.”

“Beautiful villa exactly as described. Having the lawned garden felt such a treat, the pool is a good size and landscaping is stunning. The bed is comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. To be honest, we were barely inside! Kitchen is small but plenty for what we wanted, having a washing machine was a really useful touch.”

“We had a fantastic stay as a family of 8 with a 3&5 year old. The separate pool was ideal with young children. It's quite a steep walk up to the villa and a car would be recommended, although we did work out the bus will stop near the bins at bar Molineta to get to Frigiliana & Nerja. Beautiful setting and views from the terraces. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.”

“Cosy and homey little villa. Well-equipped kitchen with filtered water tap and pantry with large fridge-freezer and washing machine. Comfortable sitting room and bedroom, with a well-appointed bathroom and dressing room. Amazing views down the mountain to the sea from every window! The garden is gorgeous and the pool is wonderful on a hot day. 10 minute drive up the mountain to the lovely village of Frigiliana, with nice restaurants in the old village and 20 minutes to the coast at Nerja. Ideal for a peaceful getaway for two!”
“We had the most amazing holiday at Molino Viejo. The property is very well looked after and tastefully decorated throughout and Sam was very welcoming and helpful on our arrival. Molino Viejo was very comfortable for our family of 7 and had everything we could wish for. The grounds are also immaculately maintained as was the pool. The location just out of the town was perfect for us and the views from the pool were stunning. It was a very restful holiday. We all loved it. We were so delighted we have booked again already!”

“A beautiful rustic property with the most amazing private garden and your own very generous pool. The tapas bar a 30-second walk away is friendly and quirky. This was our second visit to El Huerto — we loved it so much the first time we had to come back. Highly recommended.”
