Fibre broadband at 300/300 Mbps, symmetrical. Measured on a guest phone at the villa in September 2026: 239 Mbps download, 243 Mbps upload, 15 ms ping. Fast enough for video calls, large uploads and more than one person working at once.
Please note: the pools are not separately fenced, so children should always be supervised.
Good to know before you book
The pools are freshwater and treated with chlorine, not saltwater, and none of them is heated. Swimming is comfortable from late May to early October.
El Huerto has steps, and none of our villas is wheelchair accessible. If anyone in your party finds steps difficult, get in touch before you book and we will tell you honestly what to expect.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted at the villas, indoors or outside.
We are not able to accommodate pets at any of the villas. It keeps the houses comfortable for guests with allergies.
We email full arrival instructions before your stay, including how to find the villa and how to collect the keys. Late arrivals are no problem, just let us know roughly when to expect you.

“We know this area well and stay in a rented villa every year. As we were on our own this year and still wanted a rustic style casita with a pool/garden etc there was little in the way of small one/two bedrooms available. We were a little apprehensive but found this place to be absolutely perfect in every way. The pool is a very generous size and the gardens and terrace wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the orchard ambience the south facing view to the sea. Although surrounded closely by two or three other larger villas in the hamlet of Molineta the privacy is virtually total because of the trees and vegetation and you would never know. The kitchen was very well equipped (Le Creuset pots and pans) and there is great wifi. Great quirky and friendly bar 100 metres away.”

“Beautiful villa exactly as described. Having the lawned garden felt such a treat, the pool is a good size and landscaping is stunning. The bed is comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. To be honest, we were barely inside! Kitchen is small but plenty for what we wanted, having a washing machine was a really useful touch.”
